With rainy afternoons and comfy blankets, it is really easy to fall into that sweet hot chocolate and fresh baked cookies rotine. However, to break that rotine, I usually prepare this healthy treat and, no matter the season, it is always perfect.




This is a beautiful combination of greek yogurt, cereals (you can use granola, muesli,...) and, on top, seasonal fruit like kiwi or really any fruit that you like. Sometimes, I even add coconut or cinnamon just to add a more intense flavour.

Hello everyone! November is here and I am feeling in such an Autumn mood! It's that time of the year when everything can be translated to cute tea cups and delicious pumpkin muffins so, this afternoon I decided to bake beautiful pumpkin spice muffins. I wanted to put some cheese cream on top but the muffins have such an intense flavour that there was no need.


-2 tsp of cinnamon
-1 tsp of baking powder
-5 tbsp of soft brown sugar
-110g of butter
-2 eggs
-180ml of milk
-250g of pureed pumpkin


Basically, what you need to do is to put all the dry ingredients together (except for the caster sugar) and step it aside. Next, you're going to combine the butter with the caster sugar and mix it on a food mixer. Then add on egg at the time into the misture and, after blending for a bit, join the milk. Put dry ingredients into this misture and mix everything together. Now you can put it into lovely cases and straight to the oven!
